I never could get Calibre to run from source on this system. Chaley tried to help a while back.

I did 2 things.
1) Un-installed AND deleted the Calibre2 Folder -> Rebooted.
2) Installed, THEN Preferences: Look and Feel Set the font to Liberation (was MS System2)
