So, if we drink milk even as grown up - better it be human milk, after all it was "designed" over thousands of generations to help little humans grow big and strong
I did look it up and this was the first thing I found....

"While there is no documented evidence specifically on using breast milk in adults, there is however, a real possibility that breast milk compounds could cure cancer. In 1995, scientists at Lund University used a compound found in breast milk called human alpha-lactalbumin to kill brain tumor cells in a test tube. It seemed to have worked. The same research team, in 2004, used the breast milk compound to destroy many warts caused by HPV, creating the possibility that it could be used to treat cancer caused by HPV."

Interesting, but I'm sure my wife would really be upset.....

To me the primary appeal of breast milk is the packaging. Sure it might be healthy and contain awesome beneficial compounds, but that packaging...

Free range. But is it chemical free, drug free, disease free, pasteurised, the whole works?

I'll pass, thanks!

Cheers

You really have to wonder about the first guy that got down on his knees and decided to try cows milk first, I can't imagine what went through his mind. How about the process for milking how did they figure that out?

Enquiring minds want to know.

If you ask that question you then have to ask how many things we take for granted, developed ...

But I suspect in this case they discovered calves feeding from the mothers, and, perhaps, when there was a stillbirth they noticed the milk seeping from the teats, put a finger to see, licked their finger and discovered they liked the taste?

Could be right, probably. I think there are alot of taboos about food, and breast milk is a huge one.

What I really want to know about early man is, just how hungry was the first guy that ate an oyster?

I'm no expert . . . . I sit in a Woman's Health Call Centre all day and listen to health advisers recommend to people stop eating dairy for their particular health problem. For people that are dairy intolerant . . . is this the answer? Or are they intolerant to this as well? One hell of a question for the next show and tell!

I keep picturing these shops with a cooler in the back full of jugs, or the fresh section where you can get it from the source, this will be the most popular and biggest money maker. I can't see how this business plan can fail
