yurt Just press on/off button on the top edge of Pocketbook Pro 902 about 2 sec. While the reader is turning on press the button Home (or one button lower - Menu) with the on/off button at the same time for gaining softmode main menu. Then you must go to Configuration - Maintenance - clean state. This is it.

If the first to-do fails then need to do the second one (where the Reset button operates)

And the best thing you can do in future is avoid archiving heap of books in the internal memory of PocketBook. The better place is a memory card.

Thats strange..

I did not deleted from the device, but I cut and paste into my computer. The books are not in the device any more and my PB902 is working fine.....

Hi The and others, too bad I didn't find your post earlier. I stumbled upon this solution only two days ago. It does work. Problem that I have now is that after connecting to the PC and opening the memory I can't address it after also opening a hard disk on the PC to transfer music or ebooks. The workaround is simple: take out the micro-SD and connect directly to the PC but it's a nuisance.
Oh by the way: I emailed the support guys of Pocketbook in Germany more than a week ago: no response whatsoever. The Dutch support desk didn't answer either. So much for support.
