My kindle is fully charged and yet it won't come on. My screen save has the tree and a message that says "Please wait a moment while your Kindle starts up". Have only had it for a few months. Any thoughts on what might be wrong? Thanks

Is the light at the power button yellow to show it's charging or green to show it's fully charged?

If you haven't already done so, try doing a hard reset. Slide or press and hold the power button for 20 seconds then release it.
