And I agree the iPad is not a tablet either! But at least B&N doesn't market the NC as a tablet whereas Apple would love for you to believe the iTampon is a tablet.

So you say we are all entitled to our opinions, then you tell me to change my opinion. Then you say you are saddenned by illogical arguments. Then you state your opinions AS fact without any corroborating evidence.

Your original post was way off the mark. The market cannot possibly know about a device that does not have the market app installed (non-rooted NC). How would you expect a stock NC to communicate with the Google servers? Were you ever asked by the NC for your market account and password?
