UPDATE - report says I lost 69 books (roughly 2%) and i can't find them in calibre (none of the newer books) I might bring them over from my sync file.
Conversion is now working |

Good to hear. Just re-add the books you lost from your backup through either the GUI or the command line tools, and you should be good.
