Was the reader still readable? Why did you have it sent in for something so minor, if I can ask? Before I purchased the case for my 950, my fat cat pushed it off the counter and it fell landing on the bottom corner. Lite physical damage but it still reads perfectly fine. That's something I wouldn't even think about sending it in for. Now, when my 505 was dropped in the tub...
