Calibre is wonderful. I was using it for our pocketbooks before. Such a great program. For the poster above, it is not hard to use calibre to get the news. There are a lot of presets there as well you can use that are already set up, just need to schedule them to download.

The Calibre Fetch News feature is wonderful indeed! There are so many preset recipes available that it should satisfy most of your reading needs. If you want to try to write your own recipes, then there is a tutorial on the calibre website which teaches you how and provides template examples. I had to do that for my local newspaper since calibre didn't have a preset for it. I also created recipes for a few blogs that I like to keep up with.
