Device: Kindle Paperwhite Signature edition and a Samsung S24 Ultra
My Libra Pro will do that but lets be clear of the advantages and disadvantages:

Advantage - costs $100
Disadvantages:

1) No search function
2) No notes in the margins
3) No dicitionary
4) No wifi
5) Black and White only.
