NEW VIZPLEX IMAGING FILM IS BRIGHTER AND FASTER

I would wait for a new Reader with the enhanced display!

You may be waiting a while if you decide to, virginian, e-ink took something like 4 years to go from announcing their first e-ink to anyone actually having products using it. I'm sure that this one will go faster than that, since there're already devices in production that will want to use it, but it still may take a year or so.

I hope not, but there you go.

Agreed. There's no way that a technology demonstration such as this would be the cause of discounting of an existing retail product. This isn't "next generation" technology as far as retail products go - it's probably 3 or 4 generations of retail devices distant, at least.

Thank God!! I kinda, umm, lost my Reader a few months after purchase (and yes I sobbed, and in fact am still sobbing), so now I can replace it for almost $100 less!!

Did you have your personal coordinates on it?
