Apple fanboys are stuck on old android OS from two years ago and keep using the same recycled arguments.

pure and utter nonsense.

Apple and Kindle boy you loved to be controlled don't ya j/k
Nah, no fanboy here. I have used just about every device out there, and I always gravitate towards what works best. The nook and NC are prime examples.

I know I shouldn't get involved, but I can't help myself.

Android is good, and getting better at a fantastic rate. However, my first generation iPod Touch ran significantly smoother than any Android phone. The best example of the difference is when flinging list of widgets. On an Android device, it very slightly stutters and jerks around, not enough to make it unusable but enough to be a minor distraction. On an iOS device, those widgets feel like actual reels with inertia and friction. In almost every aspect of the devices, Android feels like interacting with a computer while iOS feels as though the widgets could be just behind the glass.

On the other hand, I feel that the Android interface(s) are far more usable and allow me to move around the system much faster than the competition. At the end of the day, that is far more important to me.

I have the same problem where the touchscreen is unusable when plugged in. When it's not plugged in it does not happen. Needless to say this is unacceptable and I hope they fix this issue soon.

It appears that the screens have a wide range of sensitivity. I wouldn't say that my touchscreen is unusable when plugged in. I can read books and browse the web. My only issue is with the keyboard, in particular the numbers and symbols. The letters are ok if I tap gently & quickly, like a feather touch. Also, if it falls asleep, then it is hard to swipe the bar across the lower screen to wake it up.
