they pop up too quickly to have any sort of categories like that. it doesn't happen as often as it used to, but occasionally other users stumble upon a deal and post them as well. it is catch as catch can

The expression 'Gift horse & mouth' springs to mind here. I think the OP is being very ungrateful and disingenuous.

Personally, I am very grateful to Koland, Arcadata and Susan Crealock for the time & effort they take to save me searching for freebies. Posting in the Deals & freebies area which to me is the correct place.
