Bookworm_Girl for the great workaround. It completely confirms what I thought might be the only (if not inconvenient) solution to the problem. I'll get started on it as soon as I fix my RE-252.

I'm making a cover for my ereader while I wait. I'm using a modified pattern that I purchased from Etsy. I'll post the pictures when it's done.
