of course, I don't doubt that. It's just that it doesn't imply that an ereader is useless without the possibility to buy books using the ereader itself. There are plenty of offline ebook readers and people still buy them even though they are not able to buy books using the devices. They get their books using their PCs and upload them thru USB. Sorry for my ranting, but a question like "why would you want an ebook reader if you can't use it to buy books?" drives me mad


btw looks like the collections might be possible even on unregistered: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/showthread.php?t=87039 but I'm not sure this procedure still works even on K3
