This would reproduce what I really want, which is a way to get around the problems with 1000+ page PDF files in the Reader,. |

I'm sure you can do this somehow, but I'll post here anyway.
I like to give the start of my book chapters there own page. Rather than saying "Chapter 1" with the text starting below it, I make a page the says Chapter 1, the name of the Chapter, and then I put a little picture below it. I want this to show as a single page in my Reader, click the next page button is where the text starts. Now, I can do this by putting in a page break after the picture, but the problem is if I do that the footer in the lower right corner with the chapter name is gone. The only workaround I've found is putting in the title name again after the first page break, but it's a bit redundant. |
