I've got blot on Kindle 3 - Page 2

I called Amazon Wed night @10pm EST and received the replacement K3 this morning at work. Great customer service.

hi! I was wondering if customer service rep send any of you guys an email about your order #, shipping date, etc when you asked for a replacement?
I need to know 'cause I called a CS today (few hours ago) and he told me he would 'shortly' send me an email about my replacement. But I haven't receive it yet!

He said he would charge me for this replacement and when I receive it, I should return the defective one I have and then I will get my refund.

Call again. Use this "contact us" feature on this page, right hand side.

Sign into your account, use the "call me" feature, enter your phone number, and they will call back almost immediately.

There should be a record of your call to the first rep.

wow. i have the exact same thing, but i thought it was my fault the entire time! yes, it looks identical to a scratch, but you cannot feel it from the surface.

just called amazon cs and they're sending out a replacement.
