I have asked the Moderators to move this thread out of Onyx Boox and either to Other or to a dedicated Hanvon section (which currently does not exist).

Hanvon WiseReader question
I have a question to anyone owning a Hanvon WiseReader with stylus support: how do you convert the handwritten notes (.tra files) to picture or pdf format with the included software?
I am very impressed with my new N800, it works great as a note-taking tool. However, I have not been able to crack this function. The files seem to be transferred to the pc (all the titles are there), but they are all blank. When I convert them, I get blank picture/pdf files. I would also be interested whether the E920 performs better in this respect? |
