B&H is a wonderful store,have over the years purchased so many things,can't even name them.However,I do tend to buy more in person than online-but I've never had an issue with the store that I haven't been able to resolve.When I bought my readers (besides the PRS700) J&R had better pricing (and was also a quick walk from home....so that's where I went...)

I ordered more then 10 Sony Readers, several covers and AC adapters from B&H during 2007-2008, all with overseas shipping. And no problems with B&H - always excellent service and packaging.

I got PRS-500 in Jan 2007 and PRS-505 in Jan 2008 from them....in the UK.

I safely got mine from them on Tuesday which is when they said I would get it. So I have to say I'm satisfied with B&H.
