Usually I have just a small glass (small juice glass size) when I drink rum or tequila. For some reason I used a larger glass... and felt it!

Good morning, everyone. Happy Monday, the Ides of December... This week marks the 47th anniversary of my 21st birthday, so I've got lots planned out to do to celebrate. It starts this morning with a big mug of East India Company's "Royal Breakfast" tea, a visit to the Food Lady, then a 10k walk. I've let myself go since I injured my arm, and it's time to get back into shape. Fencing twice a week won't do it. It needs daily exercise.

Coffee with cream! I had tea a while ago too, but I'm trying to lessen it this week because it's a bladder irritant. I will still love it forever though.

Wait, I just checked coffee is a bladder irritant too (Thank you, Google). I knew it was a diuretic but... ah, no matter. The next drink will be water then! Hahaha.

I'm 100% with you on this, just can't get into whisky at all (it was Bombay Sapphire in my glass last night, in fact ).

I did once find a blend called Grierson's No.1 or something similar (it was in a hamper I was given for Christmas many moons ago) which I rather liked, with a smooth smoky taste, but I have never been able to find it on sale since.

Just coffee, black no sugar, in my cup right now.

I forgot to reply: I'm glad to meet another! I don't start work till 11:00am and my family thinks I'm nuts. Looks like you've got me beat; you start your day even later than I do. Ahhh!

Now I go spend holidays with these people who are all morning people, and who ALSO live one time zone earlier than me. And yet they can't understand why I don't want to participate in the things they have scheduled for the first thing in their morning! Sigh. I'll show up when I wake up, thank you! It's called vacation!
