It's an outside day here in Texas. Already 60 F (15C) and sunshine, with on wind at 9:00 AM local. High to be 22C.

I wish we had some wind, it would blow the fog away... At least the top of the building next to ours is kinda visible again (about 15 floors, I'd say)

Only difference: today I have to walk to the shops and get some food. Would be ok in Europe but here a bit of an adventure as it is about 5km each way. Shame the shops (all I need today) don't open around 6am so I could comfortably walk there & back)

More heavy snow is predicted for south-east Wales tomorrow. I'm not happy. I'm supposed to be chairing a seminar tomorrow evening. And I want to be sure that I can get home safely afterwards.

oh no ! again ?? you are really getting hammered this year ! over here it's been quite warm for the past few days and saturday it poured down rain all day and i wished it had been snow.

i hope your weather service is like my yahoo weather widget, it's wrong 9 times out of 10 it seems. but if it does look like snow in the morning, perhaps you should just stay home...

Normally, fog won't stay this long. Must be the snow. Which also normally won't stay this long (two, three days, max, not three, four weeks...)

daylight fog... The day before yesterday, once it started getting light, the fog rose. Once the sun set, so did the fog. The same yesterday and also the same today... (I presume, as the sun hasn't set yet...)

Odd (to me). I've not experienced that before (low cloud in the mountains, yes, but not all-day fog).

As has been mentioned, our days are currently 20-30C(min-max), humid-ish, and bright sun ("extreme UV, 7:50am-4pm", as our Bureau warns) every day and for the foreseeable future. Beautiful, especially when experienced from the pool or surf every day (as we do).

Hmmm - fog. don't like the stuff. Don't mind the morning fog, makes for nice pictures, but the daytime one yikes.

Got caught in it 14 years ago on the way to the ferry. End of story was I didn't make the ferry cos there was a huge pileup in front of me (about 100 cars involved). Luckily I didn't pile anywhere.

Oh yeah, weather here - same as yesterday and the day before. And let me go out on a limb same as tomorrow
