You should be able to contact them via the web site - click on the "Contact Kindle Support" button in the link I gave.

Otherwise, you should be able to each them by phone. Doesn't +1 206 266 0927 work for you? (The + represents the international number dialling prefix. In most countries it's 00)

Ahn: Amazon realy has good customers-service. They replaced my Kindle within a week (from overseas), without any hassle.
You've got a good chance they will replace it, but: if you don't succeed the first time......just phone once more (that's what I did to get that speedy replacement). They like their customers.
