I'm not a big poster, but I'm thinking of you too, KK.

My stage 0 cancer (lumpectomy and then re-do in same spot) led to only radiation treatment, but no chemo (yay). The radiation fatigue should have been over about May 1, and it seemed to be lessening. However, the kill-all-the-estrogen-still-in-your-body med they gave me seems to have caused its own major fatigue. So I'm still feeling wiped out if I do much. I'm nearly back to full days at work though. We stopped that med 3 weeks ago, and it's still wreaking havoc on my system. On July 1 I'll start a different med and hope that it works better with my body!

I don't know why but it seems really odd that would be something you can't get there. I didn't particularly go looking for it in Germany but was so delighted with all of the lighter mineral water and fruit blends I guess it wasn't a loss at the time. but boy, when you want a root beer.... mmmmm

I don't know if this is harder or easier going in again. I just dread the recovery time so much! and I will never forget the a$$hole physical therapist that came in on day two and pulled my walker out of my hands! the hospital had not been "listening" to the pain management issues I was having, and he decided he was going to be a miracle worker. now that I know I'm a genetic mutant (and have the DNA testing to back it up) and morphine doesn't work on me, I'm going to write on all of my limbs in SHARPIE! "NO MORPHINE" the day of my surgery. as well as have all of it ready for my pre-admit this week.

Good morning, everyone! Today is a good day! I woke up. No one is shooting at me. I have good 'English Breakfast' tea from Viang Joom On. I've got food on the table. Everything else is just icing on the cake. Who could ask for more? Today is a good day!
