Maybe theu just met their burden here. lol

Apples iphone business is strong...they are just protecting future products from international copiers.

I'm not interested in the outcome of these lawsuits. I don't care who wins. I just want the litigants to provide me with entertainment and material I can poke fun at; and Apple is at the top of my "make fun at" list.

Not even. I'd care if we had a copyright/patent/blah-blah system that knew what it was doing; but we don't. So the outcomes are meaningless to me. I see these trials as a waste of tax dollars.

I wouldn't be surprised if there isn't a discovery of some fatal flaws in juror(s) which will make for a wonderful appeal and some (or all) of the award gets pitched out. Is that cynical? Nah, just realistic.
