I have now tested more stories, there is one thing I've noticed.

It doesn't pick up the genre and warnings under tags although I've done the following:

I don't know if it is me who've done something wrong.

I grouped the genre and categories together, I'll remove that in the next version. It should add the warnings though. I'll have to look into that more or ask Jimm when he's around.

Both words and chapters are counted correct.

Yeah, warnings and genre should be separate in the attached version. But the listed categories on the site, for example "General Fics" etc. should be included in the category list. If you don't like those you can use certain filters to modify the added entries.

The attached version does include warnings etc. in the Calibre tags field for me. How about you?

Also, My custom column is called "Fandom" ... it is in that column I would like to have the "Buffy: The Vampire Slayer" ... can you maybe help me with that? I have it set to Categories, but then I get the other tags as well. I hope you understand my explanation.

Also, how do I get rid of the Fanfiction tag?

You better ask JimmXinu when he's around, his metadata transformation system is able to do all that via the "personal.ini" configuration file -- but I'm not that familiar with it unfortunately. You might get lucky if you check previous posts in this thread. But I gather that the adapter works as expected currently?

EDIT: Nevermind, this should do what you want. The "#fandom" part needs to be the internal name you assigned your custom column.
