I'll check in the change for the DB version in the driver, but, that won't be out until the next release. You can change the DB version in the database to make it work until then. That will be work, but, will need to be undone before the next firmware release.

I run from source so have your change. It is probably no surprise to you but it works now.

If #words and #pages are integer columns then there is no point in using floor(). The floor of an integer is the same integer.

For "Lower" and "Upper", you might want round() instead of floor().

When does that happen? I just tried it here and it didn't change value as I opened or closed the configuration or calibre.

It happened after I upgraded Calibre to 4.51, though not sure if that was before or after I switched over to source -- I only noticed it'd unchecked after a new Kobo store book didn't update its title as expected.

If you mean calibre 5.41, there are extra configuration items for the bookstats. There might have been something wrong in that. I never use that option so it would always have shown the default value which is unchecked. If it happens again, tell me and I'll have a better look.

I assumed that it unchecked itself due to the new options. Hopefully it'll stay back on now that I've checked it again.

FYI, I published in a different post my formulas:

Code:

program:floor($$#words / 12000)
program:ceiling($$#words / 11150)

They seem to work very well and similar to kobo store estimates.
Also, having used floor and ceiling, they will never match and that is what I wanted.

The first parameter must be the column name, not the column value. Your example should be
