Yes, and on top of that I managed to get a virus somewhere (not serious, but still annoying. Probably Covid, which I've had before and seem to have acquired some immunity, so the symptoms are pretty mild this time).

As to shoes in the house, yeah, it's practically mandatory here to not wear your street/yard footwear inside a home. And considering our weather is pretty muddy for half of the year, there's no other way really.

PBM has no air conditioner.

I would be if it were screened here, but it’s not. However, I love watching the very rare time it’s featured on our sports programmes.

TPBM Is an ardent follower of ice hockey.

TPBM has to do something this weekend that they're not looking forward to.

TPBM. Loves drinking hot chocolate in front of the fire on winter evenings.

I do indeed. Large ceramic mug, fingers clasped around it to warm my hands, whilst my woolen sock covered feet warm by the fire. I do miss having my dog on my lap however.

TPBM loves a steaming bowl of hearty stew with thick crusty bread after a long winter's walk.
