CAPITAL and small letters are mostly redundant. There are very few words where the capitalisation makes a difference.

WELL, I SUPPOSE IF ONE ONLY WROTE IN ONE WORD RESPONSES IT WOULDN'T MATTER MUCH. IF THEY ARE SO REDUNDENT THEN WHY IS IT SO HARD TO READ WHEN THE TEXT IS ALL IN CAPITAL LETTERS? MAYBE YOU'VE NEVER BEEN TO EYEBROW OR OXBOW SASKATCHEWAN? MAYBE YOU'RE ONE OF THOSE POEPLE THAT DON'T THINK YOU EVER LEAVE THE CAPS LOCK KEY ON. DON'T MAKE ME START YELLING.

it's very simple. don't use capitals at all. easy to read, and makes no difference unless you're polish.

You do look like a polish rag. However, the ones I use don't ordinarily have eyes and a mouth. If I've taken too much medication, that's a different story...
