Alka Seltzer cold plus. Little Man gave us an early Christmas gift. We are working on the concept of finding appropriate gifts with him, colds are not appropriate

Good luck with that, ProfCrash. IME, you're looking at a long period of more colds, etc as gifts from him. Finished up the Murchie's Keemun XS today, need to order some more. I don't like it quite as much as the Peet's Lion Mountain Keemun, but it's a local company, so no dealing with shipping across the border. Finishing up this chapter -- almost done, but I'll probably wait to do the last little bit until I wake up in the morning. Tonight, it's time for some Talisker and getting to bed early. |

Yes, I have a massive frog in mine today too, and I think he has a flamethrower in there with him... Drinking hot blackcurrent medication in the hopes I can drown the bugger.

Working lots of tea today in order to help soothe my throat. Goning to go home and nap before getting the Little Man. The good news, the weather is awesome and he should be outside playing for most the afternoon. I would love to enjoy it but this stupid cold is knocking me out. Is it bad that I am planning a nap 6 hours in advance? |

Hey, that nap isn't going to take itself! You need to stay on top of these things! It's time for a glass of Bombay Sapphire, a bowl of popcorn, and the second half of "Robin Hood, Prince of Thieves! Stitchawl |

ProfCrash - A nap is what you need to be ready for TLM and he can enjoy being outside with his friends until mommy picks him up. Win win for everyone. You still have the weekend to enjoy with him. I hope you feel better soon. Enjoying a chocolate biscotti with my coffee and once again making lists for errands / work today. |

Well, there's 10 cm out there that says I do snow where I like it or not. As for tea, the second to last pot of my 2012 Anniversary Breakfast Blend was perfect. I like this year's version, but the 2012 was my favourite. | |

And my joints are not delightful! And outside is just cold... I feel old! I feel old! I feel old! I so regret all those naps I didn't take as a child... Good morning everyone! Who moved Thailand? It's 14 degrees outside at 9am. I think this is some sort of weather record for the Kingdom! It should be closer to 22°! At least I have good Keemun tea to warm the cockles of my heart. (I wonder why there are shellfish in my heart? If I hear Molly singing about pushing her wheelbarrow, I'm gonna go for surgery!) Gotta get up and running... busy day... an hour of meditation, an hour or so of guitar practice, then some shopping before a couple of hour of fencing. These days I'm hard pressed to get in two hours of reading! Stitchawl Last edited by Stitchawl; 12-21-2013 at 05:46 AM. |
