I too liked the first 3-4 books, especially the first, but the general 'grab-factor' seemed to wane as the series went on. As each new book was released I would re-visit the previous ones and then enjoy the latest. After reading the last I have not had the inclination to go back and read it - not too sure, but something let me down.

I am still waiting for the TV series to arrive in the UK - I can get the DVD - but only on Region1-viewing...

I just booked my vacation! From May 9 until May 13 I'm going to Wolverhampton, UK (I studied at the university there).

The first travel agency I wanted to book with didn't work out because I needed a credit card for the hotel, at the moment we haven't got a CC so that didn't go through. After some searching I found out that with eBookers I didn't need a CC so I booked with them, saved me nearly €90, too!

Weird was that when searching for a City Trip to Wolverhampton I didn't find my prefered hotel but when I looked at the City Trips to Birmingham my hotel in Wolverhampton was the first listed.

One of the things I wanted to do is visit Coventry, when looking at the tourism website the no. 2 thing to do is visit the local Ikea?!

I wonder who the website's sponsor is

You must specifically opt-in to the P&R forum to see it at all. Those contemplating looking should be aware that the forum exists as a place to hold controversial topics where strong opinions may be expressed. we all have guilty TV pleasures (those of us that watch TV) my current one is Leverage, not only do I desperately need a white knight to right some wrongs, I could eat Christian Kane up!

you'd have a hard time renting a hotel room in the states without plastic, at least anything that rents more than by the hour

Just wait until he starts to sing! Leverage reminds me a little of the British series Hustle, only 10 times better (and I really liked Hustle). That reminds me, I still have to finish season 3 of Leverage ...

ohhhh! I have heard and watched him sing. have his page bookmarked. he does a lot of performances in Portland... long weekend anyone? (it's about a 4 hour drive)
