i've done all steps to restore at original status.

the problem is still there as you mentioned: it is not software problem.
It is very low at it is not disturbing. it makes it at 7-8% of light, and my wife seems to do not notice it at all ... so i'll stay with this device. in the sunlight it is un noticeable, only at night

Yes.. I know.. my first reaction was to hit the side of the device, to see if that stops the flickering.. it wasn't in a sequence, not in the same rithme and it doesn't flash to 100%, lets say when by example it was on 7% it flashes a bit to 8% then maybe 10 counts stable, flash again,5 seconds stable, flash again..
It is more flickering then flashing.. in my case it stop by just adjusting to a higher or lower value.
Maybe my current 2 devices have it to,but I just didn't find the right percentage yet
But it is the same with a dead pixel, once you see it, you will always see it.

My girlfriend doesn't see it either but that is the same as my multimediaplayer, sometimes the cats will have their daily fight between some cables and when I put it on it is on 520 so when I put it to 1080P she always ask why because nothing was wrong with the image..

so, we should live with this "dead pixel" way on all devices...
(tv, monitor, pc, ipad, nothing is save) maybe technology productive processes are not so good in quality...
