hi

i need some help please, i am after a sd disk image for a kobo wifi, mine was lost when i did a factory reset, its not worked since and is not recognised by the computer when connected, its stuck on the charging screen

AndyGill: The response is the basically same as before: Which version of the WiFi? There are three. The model number should be on the end of the device. It could be N647, N647B or N289. You need the correct image to get it working.

But, have you done a factory reset using the buttons?

hello. I have a KOBO N647 and after update it using wifi it sits in the initial screen trying to initialize but nothing happens. I think the SD image is the solution for this problem but I will loose all my books right? Could you send it the SD image to me, please?
