The problem may have been the ketchup. Sausages go best with mustard! Especially strong, brown gros-grain mustard.

Just finished a lovely dinner of Tum Yam Kung, Som Tam, and Yam Mu Yaw. I'm sure I'd feel remarkably healthy if my tongue hadn't melted...

I agree with not mixing sausage and ketchup. For some reason, I don't find the combination of the two appetizing. But a little mustard, I prefer the yellow, is great on a hot dog.

As far as my last sit-down meal goes: turkey with gravy, macaroni & cheese, corn, and a glass of Coca Cola.

I agree that mustard goes well with hot dogs particularly, but here we tend to use brown sauce for normal pork sausages - I had just run out of brown. But believe me, it was the sausages at fault. Like mashed-up cardboard.

Just had some houmous and crisps (chips). Wondering what's for dinner (wife's turn to cook ).

A risotto bolognese, using my own recipe bolognese sauce. I cook it in large batches, eat some, and then freeze the rest in little take-out tubs.
