My daughters Kobo is stuck on "sleeping" - we've tried everything except this. We would like the firmware image for a Kobo N249 Clara HD (4.38.21908) - Thank you so very much for this!!!

My Kobo N418 Libra 2 is in a boot loop. You wrote that there are two versions of the image due to hardware changes. On my device I can't find the hardware version. Can you share both images?
