Definitely NOT the way you want to start the day!

One advantage to working from home is that I don't have to worry about being stuck in overflow parking.

I'll start by doing a stint on the stationary bike, then have a breakfast with a big glass of fresh squeezed orange juice (still using Australian navels, since we're between seasons in North America) and then get to work with a mug of Peet's English Breakfast.

Well, almost true. Then the fog and rain rolled in, and I decided that Murchie's Russian Caravan was a better way to go.

While I knew what you meant, my first mental image was of a taut and toned Australian tummy, with the navel being used to squeeze an orange.

Time to cut back on those meds for me, I think!
