I just finished a second cup of coffee and am heading for the airport shortly. I've been in the San Diego area for the past week visiting family. We went to the gliderport at Torrey Pines yesterday and watched people jump off the cliff.

. I have no desire to do it but it was beautiful to watch.

That was my motivation to lose all this weight. I was too heavy for the Japanese parachutes, and had to drop at least 10 kilo if we wanted to fly!

Good morning, everyone. Today is the oldest I've ever been! It's a new 'Personal Best!' I'm going to celebrate with a mug of my new "English Breakfast" tea, and a bowl of Pad Phet Kheng from the Food Lady. Lots of veggies, a bit of chicken, all cooked up in a spicy red coconut milk curry sauce! Happy Wednesday!

OK... Starting tomorrow, I'll begin bringing my camera downstairs when we go. Actually, it's a shame I didn't have it this morning as she really laid out a neat and tidy spread! Maybe she'll do it again tomorrow.

Right now, a mid-afternoon mug of unbranded Keemun tea and a plate of incredibly sweet pineapple!

Ah, another perfect day here in Paradise. It's 12 degrees, not a cloud in the sky nor a bit of marine fog layer. I've got a busy day today, but I'm going to take a few moments at the beginning to just relax on the deck and enjoy the view with my breakfast.

Fresh squeezed orange juice.
