I was able to pick up Mortuary Confidential with the SpringRomance code. Go figure !

Thanks to all that post the codes. As much as I receive Kobo email, there is never any discount offerings.

Thank you. I had stopped following this thread very closely - I thought the really big kobo discounts were a thing of the past.

It looks to me that Kobo has a big discount with the change of seasons. I wouldn't be surprised to see another one around the end of summer sometime.

Not sure if it is change of seasons, but holidays like Victoria Day (CA)/Memorial Day (US) and Labour Day (?) weekend may come into play. They do have sales on long weekends fairly often.

I almost feel bad using two big codes for books under $10, but that was all that is on my list currently. Why they did that so soon after the contest I just can't understand.

I've tried many codes, and none ever worked for me. I always get the message "This code is already redeemed", or "This code has expired". The ONE code that ever worked had only a 10% discount, and only worked for one book. (I find it useless that I can't buy multiple books at once with Kobo, anyway...)

Where do you find these codes; are they announced somewhere on the Kobo site or something?

The SpringSave80 gave me an expired error, so I ended up buying Doctor Who: The Writer's Tale: The Final Chapter with the 75% off SpringRomance code. It was a bigger savings than any of the romances on my wish list.

I like your taste in "romance". I bought Doctor Who novels with the two codes.

Thanks for these codes. SpringSave80 didn't work, but Welcome20 worked for me. When I set up my new KoboGlo there was a number of offer codes, but I found that they could only be used once, so I tried the above on a second purchase.

Most of the time, the codes can only be used once. So, if they are given in this thread, you have to be quick of someone will beat you too them.

Kobo has contests several times a year where they give out these codes. Usually, if you see those codes start to appear here, you can go to the Kobo site and take part in the trivia contest to get your own code.

That's only if you're in the US or Canada and (I think) maybe UK. Its a geolocked contest and apparently other countries aren't smart enough

Many thanks to those who continue to post these great codes. I bought a just-released novel by one of my favorite authors--Transatlantic by Colum McCann--listed at $16, for just $4 with SpringRomance. I'll be romancing this book right away.
