Worth a try. But coffee might be more effective.

It's a lovely day here. Cool, about 8C, with some puffy white clouds but mostly sun. Which, compared to yesterday's grey and unrelenting rain, is lovely indeed.

I think it has to get out of the cup and into the belly to do much good.

And why DID you think you needed to do anything to the front anyway? It's Sunday, It's Gorgeous, It's Daylight Savings Time. Kick back and watch some golf, read a book, or watch The Briar final. Personally, I intend to do all three.

Oíche mhaith, everyone. That's 'good night' in Irish. I knew that Irish people have their own language (which I believe is not used a lot now) but I had no idea it was very different than English. Anyway, I'm off to bed
