Dark chocolat is very healthy; though only a small square or two each day. I was buying some in the supermarket today and muttered: 550 calories per 100 gram....makes 1100 per chocolatebar.....two ladies got so impressed by this arithmetic that they didn't buy any. And it was on sale: buy two- pay for one.

My favorite chocolate comes in square - how handy is that. And it's a small square too

That looks very eatable (is this an English word?). It's not sold in my town, but I live near the border with Germany (Kleve); we often shop there; I will look for it the next time.

I've been doing this (commenting about calories of various types of food) at work, it's driving everyone crazy

Sure it is I always have to think about eatable and edible. I think edible means something like 'not poisonous' whereas eatable means good to eat ? Or you could just say: that looks yummy for the tummy

My parents live really close to the border with Holland (near Hulst), they always shop there

Yep, bloating is a problem for me as well, before and during. I've been telling myself the same thing (it's not real weight, this will NOT make me feel bad ), but it isn't easy At least you also get the sudden decrease in weight too

I've been trying to give myself rules about food -- but sadly, they never quite seem to work, ahahaha. I like eating way too much -- I've been relying on my metabolism, because I really hate exercising, but I think I might have to change this fact! Dieting is definitely not going to be my solution. I've had some friends over today and we made crêpes with nutella! ...definitely not what you'd call 'diet food'.

1 crepe + nutella can be considered diet food if you usually eat 10

Don't forget to check out the other 24 flavours [warning: not all are dark chocolate and therefore might not help with any diet whatsoever]

LOST 14 IN JANUARY SO FAR!!!

I couldn't wait until the end of the month to weigh, so I hopped onto the scale this morning. MINUS 14 POUNDS!!!!!. And Tim lost 10.

I changed from wretched Slim Fast to Atkins shakes because they are delicious. Especially the cafe caramel flavor made with coffee.

We ate a lot of Milkas chocolate in Europe because it is a chocolate orgasm in my mouth. But in Vienna, we got these really super-orgasmic chocolates with a picture of Mozart on the wrapper. I even got a box in the jacked-up duty-free shop while using up the leftover euros. BTW, everyone knows that duty-free is more expensive then a sale at a normal department store, right? They know people would rather buy something than lose on the cash exchange.

I'm very passionate about chocolate.

Me too. I haven't run since junior high school, but I'm slowly learning to do it again. It is mostly walking with short spurts of speed at this point.
