Hi David,
My Aura Edition 2 is bricked... On the board it's marking 37NB-E60QL0+4C0 and the date on case is 2017-10-12
Can you send image to test if that will solve problem.

I don't know if that is the version 1 or version 2 of the Aura Edition 2. The only way I know to tell is from the serial number (If the 7th character of the serial number is a "0", it is the first version. If it is a "2", it is the second version). The date could be either. You can probably tell from the CPU, but, I don't know what to look for. In any case, it won't harm to try this. If it doesn't work, I do have an image for the second version.

Hi David,
the serial number is N23683201**** , that mean it's a version 2. The iage you sent me doesn't work (kobo do nothing). Can you send the image of 2nde version, pls?

I just bricked my Kobo Aura 2 and despite how hard i tried, i couldn't hard reset it. Now my last chance is to ask you guys for a Kobo Aura 2 image. Please send me both ver 1 and ver 2 cuz i don't know which version of kobo 2nd i'm using right now. Thank you guys so much

As to the version, the serial number will show you. Or, when did you buy it? The second version started appearing very late in 2017. Before that, it is a version 1. After that, it is probably a version 2.
