But did you? You may have WANTED to give 13 points, but only 12 WERE actually given...

I had even karma before and still have even karma (by the way, thanks for testing karma on me, again )

I guess I'm not so odd afterall!

EDIT: OK I've confirmed you can only ACTUALLY give even numbered Karma, despite any odd numbered Karma you may have WANTED to give. And yes, it rounds down!!!!!! Case closed
