Gotta love it when things fall together! Continued good luck, Stitchawl!

Having my first mug of tea, contemplating my week. Monday I drive for about 9 hours. Tuesday I see a Dr. for my left knee -- the one I used to call "my good knee." Wednesday another 9 hours on the road. And so on.

Nothing in my cup. I'm full after sunday dinner. (Roast beef, roast potatoes, yorkshire pudding and fresh veg, followed by Mississippi Mud Pie (sans coffee).)

Ah, back to the grind again. Keeping my fingers crossed for Stitchy, hoping this rental works out.

Another perfect day here in Paradise. High will be ~20, low overnight was a bit cool (11C). And it is likely to give us some showers tonight, but then more sun tomorrow. I love this early summer pattern that is typical of our good years. Warm and sunny during the day, cool and often rainy overnight, but clearing by morning and more sun the next day. Makes the area positively fecund, and keeps us from having the brown hills of California. (Don't kid yourself, "golden" for California hills was pure marketing.)

In my cup: Peet's Anniversary Breakfast Blend tea.

Coffee in my cup and bundled up for the weird weather. Too hot to breathe Saturday (107/8F) and a cold with thunder showers and lightning night that is still cold this morning.

It's about time to start another cup of coffee before the work day begins.
