You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Hello, the Kobo N204B Aura HD of my daughter is bricked.
Battery is ok, I think the microsd is dead.

Is it possible to have the disk image for this one please ?

@DNSB Hello my friend. I need an image of my Kobo N587 Touch 2.0. Although I have a copy of the 4GB .img, and apply an update that was here, I think. Well, I'm trying to expand to a 32GB card. The Kobo's USB broke, so I have to do everything through the PC and Calibre. Despite using win32diskimager and then, with gparted, expanding the space, it does not recognize the new books that were added to the internal library. Thank you very much if you can help. Hugs.

Kobo Glo HD stuck on red light
Hi all,

my wife's kobo glo hd stop working. The kobo is charged (full night and power bank has gone down in %), but when I power on the led red light is always on.
The screen is stucked on the last rendered image and never change. I tried to remove the SD card and never changed.
Start the kobo with or without the SD card is always the same.
