I forgot to pay my credit card again!

Another $76 in late fees/interest. I think they stopped emailing me statements so I would forget and they could get some fees out of me.

I had that happen two months in a row on a particular card. I had transferred money to it at a special low rate and when my payment was missed because of no statement they raised my rate to some outrageous level and charges a late fee etc. I called and yelled and called them every name in the book. They dropped the late charge but would not relent on upping the interest rate.

I transferred the entire balance to another card and intentionally overpaid it by $20 or so forcing them to have to send me statements for months.

It was CHASE btw. I love to spread the word!
