Here goes, Kindlekitten:

He starts out on his belly,
slowly rolling over onto his right side.
Rest.
Slowly, he then rolls over onto his back.
Rest.
Then, with his front paws tucked to his chest,
he raises his back legs until they are at a 45 degree angle to the floor
and stretches, back paws pointed, until his legs vibrate.
All the while, his tail is wagging like crazy.
Finally, with a hiss of expelled breath, he relaxes back flat on the floor.
Rest.
Then, he twists into an "S" shape, head to the left, back legs to the right.

It's his floor nap routine.

He has a bed routine also.
He usually just curls up and falls asleep.
But he will sleep upside down, with his head resting on the floor every now and then.
And he frequently moves his bed around the house, picks a new spot, lays down with his elephant Beanie Baby in his mouth and knead the bed until he falls asleep.

He uses the bed routine when he's mad at me, too.

He'll pull his bed to a new spot, circle it and thump down with his butt pointed at me, throw me a dirty look over his shoulder and start kneading.

And you're the 'copter queen because you've got them there boobenstein monsters.

We got our new bikes yesterday. Just went for a small afternoon ride, and the quadraceps reminded me that they're not used to having to put in any effort (normally they're just convenient pendulum weights for all the walking). I think this is going to hurt more than I recall.

yay! Baby steps, short rides until the jelly legs ease up.

We were down at Bunnings yesty(looking for Penetrol Wood oil for our new outdoor setting) thinking of you and your bike, but I didn't see you at the bike shop.

We were down there probably around three. If you'd seen us, we were the ones trying to cram two bikes in the back of Bertie in the rain. We're back down there today (Bunnings) for stair treads/grips, a piece of steel (some gutter repair/modification) and...that's about it, I think. We'll take another bike ride sarvo.
