No, I haven't read a paper book for years, and the musty smell of old pages is something I'd glad to be rid of!

Stale? Not that I remember. Dated? Yes, if the taste is still normal. Yogurts can be perfectly tasty even weeks after their "best before"; chocolates even a year after, if kept in the fridge. I'm not going to throw away perfectly edible food only because the date has passed.

(I wouldn't eat fresh meat products a week or more after the date, of course, and fresh milk doesn't usually keep either. But some foods do keep perfectly well).

PBM is a fussy eater.

No, not a real fan of the NFL. I prefer the CFL, rugby and Aussie Rules football though the true religion is hockey.

I'm more of a see food eater (see food, eat food).

The PBM will eat durian.
