So true! I used to get the local butcher to make sausages for me, South African Boerwors specifically, as then I knew what was in it (and also because it was quite hard to source here in the UK).

Just about to each poached eggs on toast. A rare treat inasmuch as my wife is making breakfast...

Sunday supper. Roast beef, roast potatoes, steamed cabbage, baked tomatoes, peas, sweetcorn, Yorkshire puddings, gravy. Followed by apple puree in filo pastry triangles with ice cream. I am very pleasantly full.
