No one gives presents or anything, there is not even a uniform date to celebrate this "event".

Just another attempt by the marketing and sales departments to change the culture.

actually April, May or June with lambs about, but according to some traditional Jewish writings, September may have been more accurate

As if we have snow on Christmas... I was remarking this morning that they should change those christmas songs, as I can't even remember the last white christmas I had...

I assume this is what's causing the hopping around.

A pfefferkeuchenhaus, in my experience, has never been sticky unless, of course, it has been doused in golden syrup.
