Hmmm. Well it doesn't look like a Hitchcock (though there is one it might be)

It's black and white, so that narrows it a bit.

He doesn't look like a woman, so I don't think it is "I was a male war bride"

I'd like it to be "The Bishops' Wife", but I pretty certain it isn't.

I know "Philadelphia Story" reasonably well, so I'll discount that for the moment.

Of the others I know, the initial suspect would be "Bringing Up Baby", but that does feel right.
