Hello my Kobo glo N613 does not boot anymore. It seems the sd card is corrupted. Does anybody could give me the sd card image please. Thanks.

You will need to have Private Messages enabled before you can be sent the link. If you don't see that option in the "Edit Options" of the User control panel, you should post in the Requests to enable Private Messages thread to ask for PMs to be enabled.

Hi, could I be provided with an image for a Clara HD N249
Hadn't used it in a while and battery died, when it charged up it bricked and stuck on restoring.
I believe the SD card is dead on it as all the partition software is reporting it as bad when i put it on the pc, I can't back it up.

First of all thank you for your answer, unfortunately it seems that the image is damaged. When i try to open it i get an error message.

the image is for a Kobo touch 2.0

What can i do about it ?

How are you trying to open the image? I downloaded the image, unpacked the .zip file and no errors. Please note that if you are trying to open the image on a Windows computer, it will try to open it as a picture file. You can open the .img file using 7-Zip if you really want to see the contents however you should be using the image writer from the link in the instructions ( I think it is called USB Duplicator Image Writer.exe ). The SHA-256 checksum for the .zip file is:

Hello all,
It's the same here. I've been trying all the tips I found. I can mount the micro SD card on my computer but it appears to be empty. I'd like to flash th original image, to star on a fresh ground.

I have the Kobo N249 Clara HD

Also, I'm mostly on MacOS, althought it seem's not to be teh best OS to run the operation.
