Is this and Aura or an Aura HD? If it is an Aura, I cannot help with an image. The does not have an internal SD card. If an image was available, there would be no way to apply it to a non-working device.

But, have you done a factory reset? If it is booting at all, then this might solve things.

ops, it was an aura editio, but I solved with an hard reset pressing light button and switching on the kobo. sorry
